Day 13 (2)

Trooper's Log: where is the shift key. i think the shift key is broken. help. this looks really-

Later: Ah, there we go. Didn't realize how important the shift key was until it broke off. Robot fixed it with a little glue.
Speaking of robot, I think I'll miss that...um...guy? He's incredibly useful to have around. Even blue looks a little teary eyed-

Later: Just kidding, of course. Blue said that he never gets sentimental about stuff. I told him that he must be an android. He just looked at me weirdly.
Probably going crazy. It's been a while since we've encountered any life forms (besides robot).

Got to go, we're going to climb now. Wishing robot the best. He says he'll be here when we get back.

Day 13 (1)

Trooper's Log: Camped out for the night. Had to make some repairs to the bus, the crash was pretty impressive.

Robot's arm joint came loose. Looked really serious. Robot says it's fine.

However, blue and I are in serious trouble. Our food rations ran out yesterday, and nothing in site looks edible. Blue suggested that we cannibalize each other. I didn't think it was such a great idea

Later: Ok, blue wants me to erase that now. Told him I can't erase stuff, but he thinks I'm just messing around.

Later: Blue suggests we climb up to the top of the plateau. Apparently some of the vines around here are strong enough to hold our weight. The vines are strange, they're fuzzy, but have a metallic core. Can't wait to get home. This place is just too weird.

Day 12(2)

Trooper's Log: Turns out the red thing was actually the bus from before! Wonder how it got over here?

Decided not to use audio logs. Was getting a little annoying. Robot says he could add a dampener onto the microphone to reduce excess feedback. I said it was fine by me, but then he said that my microphone didn't have the correct attenuator.

I have no idea what the heck he was talking about. However, he's the most technologically advanced person(?) here so...
Blue's idea of using a calculator is to throw it at the enemy. Not joking. He actually told me that.

Anyways, since we've figured out that blue is such a terrible driver, he's letting me drive...

...
ouch
apparently the steering controls weren't as refined as I thought they were

uhg, I'm ending this log. Major headache. Good thing I had the helmet.

Day 12

Trooper Log: Been a while. Can't reset the day function on the log, so it's actually been a couple weeks. Maybe a few months.

What happened: Blue, Robot and I made our way back down the plateau. Was a little scary, almost fell. Robot caught me. That guy is useful to have around

Yesterday I was sitting around, thinking about home. Got a little down. It's been a while since we've had any contact with outsiders.

Blue decided to cheer me up. So we did push ups. Yeah, thanks Blue.
Apparently Blue can do one arm push ups. See, learn something new about him every day.

Needless to say, I can't. I prefer brains over brawn.

What?

No, that isn't true

Hey will you cut that out? I'm recording a log

Yes! This would be easier if you didn't keep distracting me...
...
...
Arrg, that's annoying. Blue had to interrupt my audio-log. That's the problem with this system, records everything you say.

/delete.previouslines"9"
Oh great, now I can't delete things.

To get back at him for calling me a pansy, I had robot put the white car on his back during the middle of a push-up

That was funny. Almost busted a spleen watching him try to do a pushup

Blue is stronger than I thought. Actually might have busted a spleen. Need to make a fire,

There's something red over there. Blue says it could possibly be some sort a vehicle. Going to check it out...

Day 11(2)

Trooper log: Long day. Trying to figure out how to write this in an efficient and interesting way.
Not quite sure how. Blue is telling me to help him lift our supplies. Told him that the commander would kill us if we didn't record this finding
The commander is scary. I think even Blue is scared of him.

We found life! There are living things out her-
...
...
Ok apparently robots don't qualify as living things. Didn't want to be racist (?) but the robot insists that it is not a life form.

Ok ok ok, I've got to collect my thoughts. Earlier today we were walking around this strange plateau when this robot suddenly stood up. Blue thought it was a piece of scrap metal at first. It wasn't.
I was entering data into the log when blue gave a shout. I started running. If Blue shouts, that either means he's really pissed off at me or he's really worried. He NEVER shouts.

Turns out the robot was friendly (If a little confused). It says it doesn't remember what its doing here. The design is quite intricate: More so than anything we have at home base. Robot says it remember it was built at a company called LLRTEL designs. Never heard of it.

Got to go-Its getting dark. Don't want to be out here at night

Day 11

Trooper log: I think there is something wrong with the day counter. Didn't enter anything for the past week or so and it still says day 11.
Uh oh something is coming. I think-

Day 10

Troopers log day 10: Uhg, what a day. I got the little white car working, but blue FINALLY decided that it was too small to carry any sort of usable weight. I kept telling him that all morning, but he wouldn't listen. The car was so small you could even carry it on your back.
Blue suspects that a rare species of dwarfs must live in this area. Why else would the cars be so small? I didn't believe him until I found this bus. It looks like it holds two levels of passengers. Blue thought he saw something like it overseas in Europe. Fortunately the top was open enough so that we could get in it. I hotwired the controls to the top of the bus, as fitting into the lower level is impossible (trust me, I tried). Blue's going to give it a go.

Later: Blue actually drives OK. He took it for a few turns. The bus is really top heavy, and it tipped over once or twice which was scary as heck. It fell on my foot once, but fortunately they make these army boots strong. So far we 1121$22###anm~!qoaioAQAWT3....325

Later: Did it save that already? Oops. Must have typed in stuff when I fell on it. Blue decided that I'm driving from now on. I told him not to go over that rock. Did he listen? Of course not!
Five food rations were crushed into little disgusting pancakes. Blue says we can fry them over a fire tonight, see if they're edible. We need to make sure we don't waste anything. Crumbs! We only have 4 food rations left. Blue asked me to pray to any god I believed in for our survival (blue's an atheist, so he doesn't pray). I did just that. We need all the help we can get, honestly.
